Enter now; no need to find a partner first
At Episode 01, having no partner is not a reason to skip doubles. Reserve a Doubles or Mixed Doubles session at your level, then press Match Me on that session. The club finds you a partner from the players who asked the same way, and the team confirms every pair.
The right order is to reserve the place first and ask to be paired second, because the request belongs to the session you reserved, not to the whole event. If you want both Doubles and Mixed Doubles, you can ask on both sessions; each is its own request.
Registration opens 21 September, 18:00
Registration for Episode 01 opens on 21 September 2026 at 18:00. From then, the doubles sessions that offer Match Me by THE SET. show the request button on the session's page. You may hold one place per play type across the weekend: one Singles, one Doubles, one Mixed Doubles.
What Match Me costs in each package
Match Me by THE SET. has a fee of its own, per person, separate from the session fee, shown on the session's page in the app. For Episode 01 the fee differs by the package you enter with. The Early Bird figures the club has set, as an example, are ENTRY 2,500 · SECURE 3,500 · PERFORM 4,500 baht per person. The figure that counts is the one shown on the session's page on the day you press.
The Coin for this fee is set aside when you ask and taken when your pair is confirmed. If no pair comes together this time, or the club undoes one, nothing is charged, because the service has not happened.
Give two things, honestly
Your playing level, on the NTRP scale from 1.0 to 7.0, rated as you play on an ordinary day rather than your best one; if you are unsure, Court Level gives you a number to compare with. And how you want to play: let the club choose, or a mixed, men's or women's pair, competitive or social. The men's, women's and mixed options read the sex on your profile; if you have not given it, letting the club choose still works.
The team confirms the pairs from 25 to 29 October
For Episode 01 the team confirms all the pairs between 25 and 29 October. While your request reads waiting to be matched, you can take it back if you find a partner yourself or change your mind. Once the system has proposed a pair and the request is with the team, you cannot, because the other person is waiting on the same answer.
Once confirmed, the app tells you at once, and a private chat between you and your partner opens in the app; you can call each other there without giving a number. The days from 29 October to match day are the time to talk about the game plan, agree who takes which side and, if you can, arrange one hit beforehand.
If no pair comes together this time, the app tells you and lets you ask again. Your place in the session is still yours, and the Match Me fee is not taken.
The rule that applies the moment you are matched
Once matched, the pairing is final. No rematch. No partner change. Non-refundable after matching. A place in a session, once paired, can no longer be withdrawn either, even before the reservation's own deadline, because the other person entered that session because you were their partner. The app shows this rule before every request. Read it to the end before you press.
A short checklist before you press Match Me
One: you are genuinely free on both 7 and 8 November, because the session you get follows the club's schedule. Two: the level you enter is the level you actually play. Three: choose competitive or social as you truly want it, because your partner will have chosen the same as you. Four: there is enough Coin in your wallet for the session fee and the Match Me fee in the package you chose.

Episode 01's doubles and mixed doubles sessions are in the app from 21 September at 18:00. Sign up, rate your Court Level, and reserve the session at your level. As for the partner, let Match Me by THE SET. find one.
