Refund Policy
When Coin comes back to you, and when it does not.
1 Reserving a place
Reserving a place sets Coin aside; it stays yours until the official list is published. Withdraw before last call and every Coin set aside returns to your balance.
2 After last call
After last call there is no withdrawal. On the day the official list is published the Coin set aside is taken as payment, and it is not refunded — including if you do not come.
3 Secure places
A Secure place is guaranteed from the moment you take it. If you withdraw a Secure place before last call, the Secure fee is kept and the rest returns to you. If we end your place, everything returns.
4 Match Me
Match Me: once you are matched, the pairing is final and your place can no longer be withdrawn, even before last call.
5 If we cancel or change a session
If we cancel a session, or change it so much that it is not what you reserved, you are refunded in full to your Coin balance.
6 Partial refunds
We do not make partial refunds. Any exception is at the club's discretion and is made in writing.
7 Coin and cash
Session refunds go back to your Coin balance, not to cash. Coin you have topped up and not spent can be returned in cash to the account it came from — we return the baht you paid; bonus Coin is not paid out.
8 Membership
If we end your membership without cause, we refund the unused part of the fee. If you end it mid-year, our team handles it case by case.
