Refund Policy
How top-ups and Episode 01 registrations are refunded, returned as Coins or forfeited.
1 The refund clock
The 24-hour period starts at the system timestamp when the applicable top-up or registration payment is successful, not when you send a slip or contact support.
2 Monetary refunds within 24 hours
Within 24 hours, the value paid for the applicable top-up or registration may be refunded monetarily: bank transfer and QR payments receive 100%. When card payment is available, a full card payment receives 95% and an instalment payment receives 90%. A registration refund never exceeds the value actually applied to that registration.
3 Registration cancellation after 24 hours
More than 14 days before the Tournament Date, no monetary refund is available; the value paid for that registration is returned to your Wallet as THE SET. Coins. At 14 days or less before the Tournament Date, there is no monetary or Coin refund and that registration value is forfeited. Neither result affects unrelated Wallet Coins.
4 Top-up refunds
Purchased, unused Coins may receive the within-24-hour monetary refund above. After 24 hours, purchased Coins cannot be converted back to cash and remain in your Wallet until used or expired. Coins added as bonuses are not paid out.
5 Event cancellation or rescheduling
If THE SET. cancels an event, you receive a 100% monetary refund regardless of these timing rules. If THE SET. reschedules an event, you may transfer the registration to the new date, receive THE SET. Coins, or receive a 100% monetary refund.
6 ENTRY applications
ENTRY payment does not confirm a place. If you are not allocated a place on the Final Player List, you may request a 100% monetary refund within 30 days after that list is published. If no request is made in time, we credit the applicable value as THE SET. Coins, expiring 12 months after credit; those Coins cannot later be redeemed for cash or transferred.
7 Coin Wallet rules
Top-up, registration debit, registration Coin refund, monetary refund, expiry and administrative adjustment are handled as separate records. Coin lots normally expire 12 months after credit and are spent FIFO. A cancellation, no-show, late arrival or forfeiture can never deduct unrelated Wallet Coins. Where the relevant adjustment is not yet automated, staff process it manually under this policy.
8 Name changes, no-shows and late arrival
More than 14 days before the Tournament Date, a registration may be transferred to an eligible replacement player: the first change is free and later changes cost ฿500 each. A PERFORM transfer includes its assessment and package benefits, and the replacement player must complete required profile information by the deadline. Within 14 days, no-shows, and arrival more than 15 minutes after the scheduled match time may receive no refund; late arrival may also result in a default loss.
