Refund, withdrawal and waiting list
A summary of what applies at Episode 01. The refund policy itself — the club's own words — is the document that governs.
ENTRY and the official list
An ENTRY place is confirmed on the day the official list is announced, 1 November. If you are not allocated a place, 100 % of the Coin set aside returns to your Coin.
Withdrawing
Before last call, every Coin set aside for the place returns to your Coin in full; on SECURE and PERFORM the premium is kept. After last call there is no withdrawal — a place not taken up on the day is the same.
MATCH ME
Once matched, the pairing is final. No rematch. No partner change. Non-refundable after matching.
Once paired, your place in that session can no longer be withdrawn either, even before the reservation's own deadline. The pairing is the team's decision; where something genuinely has to change, the team decides.
Waiting list
When a session is full you can join its waiting list; your position is shown in the app. Places that open are offered from the list at last call.
